The 4J's apartment has two floors, the upper one with a living room and a kitchenette equipped with an oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a stove, cutlery and all the kitchen utensils needed to cook. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table and a TV. In the lower floor is visible some old architectural elements such as the ceiling wooden beams and the windows with granite and wood frame, giving it a cozy feel. The lower floor is the bedroom, with a double bed, a desk, a closet, TV, a bathroom and a WC.

The entire apartment has at your disposal free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The surrounding area is filled with a variety of services like restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, grocery stores, a pharmacy, parking lots and a garden.
